I recently purchased a Honda Goldwing from TBUM through Jay. He was very easy to deal with and I believe he made the deal possible. It was a good experience spent most the day there, my wife and I met everybody including the owner everyone was so nice and helpful. They had to replace the battery on my bike and even delivered it to my house with phone calls along the way. Thank you so much for your services.

They also allowed the PDR specialist to use their shop to make the repairs. I know why "Best" is in the name of the company because they are the BEST! Would definitely do business there again! Jay was outstanding. These guys who work with him, Frank and Rex the sales manager were some of the best and caring guys you can meet. Don't even hesitate to do business with them or their sister company. Both may you feel happy when you leave because you don't feel like somehow ya got screwed. I had looked and even had a couple of deals at their competitors and stopped the buying process because those others dealers were screwing me and laughing in my face because there is no way I am that stupid. Thank God for these guys. I have been riding for over 40yrs and have deal with many dealers and I have to say they are the best. I walked in after seeing their bikes on Craigslist and from the first minute I walked in they didn't once act like your typical salesmen and just focused on what I wanted not what they wanted to sell me.

I will be back buying more bikes and telling all my friends about this outstanding experience..

I also stopped by their sister store and even after telling that salesman I was already working with Jay, he spend 35mins with me looking at the bikes they had there and knowing 100% he wouldn't make a dime from the sale. That's putting the customer first. Also Joe the service guy helped me with a issue on another bike and on sat, as busy as they were said " just bring it up now if ya like and we will take a look at it." I did and wasn't even there 15mins, issue fixed and on the road....

My experience with Texas Best was a good one. I like the motorcycle I bought and salesman made things a lot easier by not being one of those pushy kind. I fully intend to be a repeat customer.

I felt that Boyd had a genuine interest in finding the right bike for me. He even talked me out of looking at bigger more expensive bike because he did not feel it was for me. Boyd is solid.

My salesman was Jay Nanashe and sales manager was Rex Davis Both of the gentlemen were extremely helpful and honest, Jay drove his car and took me to lunch and also drove me to the bank to obtain the money.
