Fire pit rock was left off my delivery. Once I realized it I called to see if the oversight could be handled in a professional manner. I was even going to place a new order and pay another delivery fee so they wouldn't have to pay for the time and gas to bring me the rock even if it was their mistake. Randy yelled at me over the phone and talked over me so I couldn't explain the situation. I was shocked how defensive he was and how unwilling he was to listen to me. He basically called me a liar and he was unwilling to help me at all. I gave him time to cool off and I emailed my issue to the sales email and sent pictures of everything that was delivered but I have not received a response from my email. Loved the customer service when I ordered my supplies but very disappointed with the reaction when I pointed out the mistake. I was told they never make mistakes.

I was able to find everything I needed to make a Backyard patio at a reasonable price! Well informed and very helpful. They changed there sunday hours for the season they will be closed on sundays until spring.

These guys just rock! Such a good crew, great selection. Oh and just a plus for me they had 3 of the best dogs on that yard. Oh and about the surcharge pay cash they dont charge tax on that.

This place not only has a HUGE selection of rock, but the customer service is above and beyond!! There are very straight forward with their pricing and are more than willing to help you in every way. I highly recommend this rock yard!

Really nice place with lots of stone and rock. I purchased top soil and mulch by the pickup truck load. Be aware they surcharge for credit / debit. Hours: 11:30-5pm M-S 11:30-3 on Sunday
