I reserved a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party. The driver dropped it off several hours before the party, which was fine, then said that it would not be picked up until the next morning. It is now 4:00pm on the day after the party and it is still sitting in the driveway. There is no contact information as it is Sunday and the office is closed. it is very inconvenient that it has not been picked up yet.

I hired this company to provide a bounce house and a slide for my daughters birthday. When they did not show up by 11 am as promised, I called. Got one answer and said my bounce house and slide, along with all the tables and chairs I had rented, were on their way, but he would confirm with the driver or call me right back. I did not get a call from either for 2.5 hours. They had the nerve to show up 3.5 hours late, just as the party, if you can call it that given that the fun never showed up, ended. I would recommend you find a different company for your rental needs.

My organization rented a bounce house and tables and chairs from this company on Saturday, October 17th. The delivery was scheduled for first thing in the morning, as my event started at 7AM, even though the schedule online only allows for 8AM. I was assured we would be the first drop off of the morning, set up and ready to go by 7:45AM. The driver did not arrive until after 9AM, I called the company numerous times trying to get updates and no one answered, the driver offered no explanation for his lateness. Vendors at the event had to leave to get their own tables from home, and it reflected poorly on our event. When I called about the poor service, I was offered a $20 discount for over an hour missed of a three hour event. Extremely poor service, I would not recommend to anyone.
