I am perplexed over this review first of all there was NO skin brought in with this machine it was brought to our shop in a bag and did not even look like a laptop any more this machine was taken apart all the way to the system board. it was brought in because this person and a friend had taken it apart and could not get it back together .... They needed a cover (not a skin) and wisely ordered the wrong size. When we told her that she ordered another one and brought it to us I personally worked on the basket case because of the shape it was in. we took one of our used laptops apart and replaced several of her parts that were either broke or bent. We did not charge for any added hardware. There was no "ON THE CLOCK" internet surfing. we connected the internet connections (they were no longer hooked up when it came to us) and tested them to be sure they worked (because we feel a machine should work when it leaves even though she said just put it back together we can handle the rest,... she was NOT charged additional for this service either)the monitor was so dirty and smeared you could hardly see it we cleaned this up and cleaned the case up there was scratches and prints on the cover that they brought to us because it was a used piece. There was never a skin added to that laptop here. The reason she was only charged a TOTAL of 2 hours labor and not charged anything for hardware is because I know her mother and I did it as a personal favor to her kept the cost down because she said her daughter didn’t have much money. I have no idea why she would do this to us she was charged 120.00 dollars when the bill should have been high enough to buy a new machine we put no less than 6 hours labor in it and no less that 30 dollars (used prices) of hard ware in her machine. We have pictures of the machine when it got here and also have a copy of the invoice that was billed to her so if we could post those (unfortunately we can’t) she would not be able to lie like she has.
