I am very dismayed with this place. I have gotten Botox treatments for years in another state and just moved to this area, so I called the clinic to see about scheduling an appointment. I was told that there is not only NO availability until next month, but also that I have to schedule a consult appointment first, which would cost me 100$ AND that I would then have to make a separate appointment to get this simple procedure done. This of course would cost the regular 2-300$ on top of the "consultation" fee. There was no mention of applying the 100$ consultation to the total when getting the procedure, which is a practice I would understand as I don't expect people to waste their time. However, I never had to make a followup appointment for actually getting the Botox after all, it is not plastic surgery but a simple frown-line procedure. I call this bad business practice, this clinic must obviously not care much about attracting new business. I really am shocked at their custom and never, in my entire life, did I have to pay a consult fee and I have always gone to upscale dermatology clinics. Good luck to them, I will not be their client.
