        Made Appointment They Couldn't Keep

        I called for a minor repair, and made an appointment to have it done at a specific time that day. When I dropped off my car, they told me it should take between an hour - hour and a half. I walked over to Wal-Mart, and after an hour and 45 minutes I had still received no call. So I walked back, by this time two hours had passed, and they had not even gotten to my car. The explanation was that there was only one mechanic available, and when I had asked to reschedule, I was told that they were completely booked the next few days. Given these circumstances, it was clear that they should have been honest with me over the phone and told me up front that they were booked, instead of putting me in the position I was in - two hours wasted and car still not repaired (all I needed was a hole from a nail patched in my tire). Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
