Wish I could give zero or negative stars.
I will NEVER do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Ever.
They were recommended to us by our park manager, and we were told that they do free quotes. We need some work done on our trailer and so Braden set up an appointment with them for tomorrow to come give us a quote. The lady who set up our appointment even said, in reference to giving free quotes, "Yep, that's some we've always done, for 20(ish?) years."
Today, a man called me back. It was a mistake, he said, because we already had our appointment set up.
He said that if we didn't want the work done tomorrow then they will just move on to the other appointments they had at our park today.
I told him that we probably weren't going to move ahead with the work right away tomorrow, because we just need to know about how much to save up for the repairs.
He told me that if we weren't going to get the work done tomorrow, that he wasn't going to "send one of my guys who gets paid $23/hour just so we can ponder on it.
I told him that we weren't just going to ponder about it, but that we were going to need the repairs, but we needed an estimate of how much to save up.
He told me he was "gonna keep my $50 bucks in my pocket, and someone else can come look at it."
I started to say, "Okay.. Then what was the point-"
I was going to say, "What was the point of telling me that you would come look at it and move on if we didn't want it done?" But he interrupted me and said, "Well I can't get along with you over the phone, so I'm not gonna do your job." *click*




Really? Just so you know, I had been dealing with a crabby toddler for the past 20 minutes when you called, and immediately after you hung up on me, I started to get tears in my eyes, and upon seeing me upset, my toddler chucked his sippy cup at me, and hit his infant sister, who I was holding, right in the head.
I know you probably don't care, but you pushed this mom over the edge today, with your rude and unprofessional attitude.
I hope you lose business.
