Gary fought for me till the end. The insurance company was trying to cheat me and completely disregard some of the damage that was done. My headlight in my Lexus was broken (led lights not working) in the accident, but Allstate would not pay for even a used one for $250. Allstate claimed the assembly was not visibly cracked on the outside and therefor not caused by the accident. A new headlight assembly is $1600 for my Lexus! Gary fought tooth and nail to get it covered spending hours on the phone every day. They didn’t budge, but Gary was able to find a tiny hairline-like fracture on the bottom rear of the assembly which was enough prove it was caused by the accident. Only trained eyes could have found that and he was then able to convince Allstate to replace the assembly as well as many other parts! Now I’m at home with everything on my Lexus done right, and the quality of the paint job and color matching is brilliant. Gary is amazing and will never do a crap job even if the insurance companies try to tie his hands behind his back with low, inadequate, estimates. If he can’t get it done right he will never stoop to lower standards and would even decline your job if it meant saving you from ridiculous shitty repairs. Please bring your vehicle to Gary, they are an exceptional family business.

New to NH and unsure of where to go after getting in an accident I reached out to Gary and his staff and knew this was where I would get my car fixed. They were personable and honest and got my repairs done quicker than expected! Glad to have a shop I trust in my new living environment!

Gary was very helpful and provided quality work at reasonable cost! My bumper was fixed and car looks like new! In addition he was able to repair my head light cover which was severely forged. Dealership wanted to charge sever hundreds of dollars to replace it. Gary was able to restore it at a fraction of that cost and it looks amazing! I strongly recommend Gary and Queen City Auto Body and will definitely use them again if in need of auto body repair!!!!

Amazing work. Amazing Customer Service. You need any work done to your car this is absolutely the best place to go. I personally wouldn't take my car to repaired anywhere else other than Queen City Auto body and deal with anyone other than Gary!

Queen city auto body is by far the best shop in NH. Gary has always gone the extra mile. That's why my family has been going there for fifteen years.I just picked up my 2004 Cadillac dhs and it looks showroom new. Thanks for everything Gary.

Wish I could give negative stars! Gary never called me back out of the atleast 6-7 times he said he would. When I got my vehicle back there were pieces missing. Gary told the insurance company the vehicle would be ready on a Wednesday and told me Friday so I kept the rental till the Friday as I was instructed and ended up needing to pay for outa pocket. When I called to discuss the situation with Gary he told me to go f myself and F off on 2 occasions. Still missing prices and still have out of pocket expenses!! Anyone thinking about using Queen City auto body shoukd take there buissness down the road
