        This place is a joke! I took ...

        This place is a joke! I took my husband's truck for an inspection and was told I needed to replace a very expensive part. When calling Pep Boys for an estimate they couldn't give me one and said they would call me back and never did! Thankfully they didn't because I found a shop with honest, and intelligent machanics who told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the part Pep Boys wanted to replace. I had other needed repairs done and the truck did get inspected. I would not recommend them to anyone unless they have money to burn for items that aren't needed. I guess they thought they could get one over on a female. The state of New Hampshire will be informed of this!!!!!!!!!!!!

        Most Incompentant Mechanics

        I brought my car in for repairs they told me it needed 500 dollars in work, the next day it was $1000, after then it was $1500. Everday they told me they had just put their best mechanic on it. I took it somewhere else and had it fixed for 500.

        I went again a few years later just for tires, they put the tires on backwards. I went back to have the put on right and now theyre way out of balance. These guys are idiots. BUYER BEWARE!
