Overall

Awful service department! Very incompetent! They did an oil change on my six month old Jeep and forgot to replace the oil. How does that happen?? How does the service department of an auto dealership forget to replace the oil during an oil change????? It was not a pleasant experience either when I was actually purchasing the Jeep. Won't do business with them again.

Great place to buy a vehicle but an awful service department. I dropped off my vehicle on the evening prior to an early morning service appointment the next day (installation of a backup camera). They provided me with a loaner/rental vehicle and I was told that I could pick up the vehicle the following evening at 5 when I planned to return. I arrived at 5 and as I walked in to the service department I noticed a voicemail message that had been left 10 minutes earlier. It was “Rick” from the service department telling me that my vehicle would not be ready for pickup that day. I live an hour away from the dealership and asked why it had taken them more than 9 hours to contact me to tell me the vehicle wasn’t ready. “Rick” told me that he called as soon as he found out. I asked why he didn’t know sooner and said again that he had just found out. He added “I’m not going to call a customer at noon and tell them that their vehicle might not be ready”. I guess the alternative of a wasted 2 hour round trip for the customer is their preferred way of doing business. I asked to get my vehicle back because I needed it for business the next day (towing) and he told me that I could not have it back because it was not put back together. So I was stuck with a rental vehicle not equipped for the work that I needed to do, essentially losing money to lost work the next day. “Rick” said “Sometimes things happen”. I asked who his supervisor was and he said that he wasn’t there. I asked for his supervisor’s name again and he rolled his eyes and said again that the supervisor wasn’t there. Finally I asked him for his supervisor’s card and he gave it to me. I asked for my rental vehicle back so that I could get home and he said to go get it again from the rental agent. He only accompanied me to the rental agent to explain how to bill the second day of the rental car when I asked him to. Never once did he apologize for the situation (until I asked him for an apology…which got me another eye roll) and behaved as though I was wasting his time. The sales person that originally sold me the vehicle saw me on the way out and offered me a truck for the day so that I could take care of my scheduled business and he also offered to bring my vehicle to me when it was finished. But because of insurance reasons I could not use a vehicle other than my own and frankly I had such a poor experience I just wanted to get out of there. I’d buy from them again but will never trust them with repairing my vehicle. If they can’t be courteous an honest at the service desk how can I know that my vehicle is being repaired properly and is safe to operate once I get it back. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. I won’t go back.

I walked into the dealership showroom and John jumped right up to greet me. He walked me over to his desk and didn't even talk about credit applications or finances, which every other dealer seems concerned with the most nowadays. When we got to talking about selecting a vehicle, he didn't push me towards any particular vehcle, but listened and took notes about what I was looking for. We wound up choosing a 2014 sorento. He pulled it up front and showed me all the features and benefits of owning a Kia vehicle, and especially of doing business with Bonneville and Son Kia. We went out for a test drive and any question i had regarding how to use a particular function or about things in my Sorento he answered. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down and that was the first time he even asked if i wanted to buy it. I loved the test drive and the overall look of the sorento so i said sure lets buy it. I told him i wanted to pay around 300-350 a month. He went to his manager for a few minutes and came back with 315 a month. He wrote up the paperwork and went to the billing office for about 15 minutes. I wet through the entire process of insurance and all that. The finance manager came and talked about warranties and a service called protect all. It gives you unlimited ding and dent removal, leather and fabric protection and repairs for spills, stains and burns. It only added about $10 a monthso i added it on. John came back and we went through all the paperwork and contracts. When all was said and done, John made sure that any questions I had about the features were answered. I drowe off with a smile on my face.



Also, he opened the door for me every time we went in or out of the showroom.

Just went by Bonneville & Son Kia in Manchester, NH to get information on the Kia Rio 5 Door '13. When I walked into the store I immediately recognized the vehicle on the inside as being a new kia rio 5 door but the salesman was on a one mind thought process "sale sale sale".



I sat down and I asked what was included in each of the packages that I had found online. He didn't know any of the answers and asked one of the mechanics who also didn't know any of the answers. So he had to go get a brochure and give me the information. Then he ushered me outside to find a model to sit in and look at. We walked all the way around the building and then he told me he had to "check inventory to see if he had one in stock". When we got back inside he apologized for NOT RECOGNIZING THAT THE CAR BESIDE HIS DESK WAS A RIO!!!! OMG! I asked if it had the eco package and the sales rep led me to the sales manager. The sales manager swore up and down that the eco package was only in the 2014 model and didn't exist in the 2013 model. So I made him go to the kia website where it clearly said that it is an option in the 2013 model. WITHOUT APOLOGIZING he said "OH THERE ARE ONLY MAYBE 3 OF THESE IN ALL OF NEW ENGLAND". Then said he could get me one shipped to the store new. WTF?? No. You lost all your credibility by trying to hard close the sale and use sleazy sales tactics. NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE.

The sales and leasing consultants treated me with the upmost respect. They helped me choose a car that best fit me and my finacial needs. I would recommend Bonneville & Son Kia to anyone who wants a great car, feel welcomed with no pressure to buy a car your not 100% sure it is what your looking. So Bonneville & Son Kia defiantly deserves five stars if not more! I know I will be back if I need to buy another vehicle. Thank You so much for your help and more!

Ask for Norm Vachon. He is a super sales rep. Norm was very knowledgeable of

all the vechiles I was interested in. He really went out of his way for me and was very

patient, Also Norm has a great sense of humor which is a nice change . Our son, Alan recimmended Bonneville to me. I enjoyed doing business at Bonneville and will be back for service on my new Jeep Liberty

Norm Boulin was also very helpful.

I was impressed to see the owner of Bonneville working along side his employees.

I was very pleased to meet him.
