I've been dealing with M.o.M's-NH since I began riding several years ago. Initially, I was a little intimidated by the size of the operation, wide variety of new & used bikes & gear, but, always found that everyone I spoke with to be incredibly helpful, as well as able to make a decision and just do the right thing. That's what kept me going back, as, several of the employees went out of their way to help me (newer rider) whenever I came in. Over time, several bikes and many tens of thousands of miles- I've become friends with a few of the people who work there. For a big store, everyone rides, and, everyone is empowered to help a customer- on the spot. That is a priceless gift for a customer, when trying to decide what to do. Also, there is NO pressure to buy anything- ever. My real reason for having to be there, is, they are the local sales point for several of my bikes. So, when getting serviced- I needed to have certain ones performed at a dealership. Because the service department has been so outstanding, I continue to use them- even on bikes that they don't sell! Steve, in service, goes above & beyond for every single customer. He is unbeleivably good at what he does, and, his customer focus exceeds expectations- every time. Anthony, Operations Manager for this large store, was the 1st person to find me wandering around, and, has always gone out of his way to say hello- regardless of how busy he is. I've always been impressed that he 'remembers' me, I had to reach out to him with a concern- he responded quickly, professionally and addressed it directly, accurately & without any nonsense. Also, he has help guide me through bike purchases, has recommended gear as my experience grew (helmets, jackets, etc...) and, been an ally- even if I was wasn't buying from M.o.M.s! Good people, well treated- stay loyal to good employers. I have no idea what the average length of time is- but, there has been virtually no turnover, and, I have spoken with dozens of other customers (Open houses, Demo Days, Charity Rides) who all have the identical experiences I have. You can buy a bike anywhere, but, if you want a place you can trust to do the right thing- every time & always- M.o.M.'s is where to go. Finally, several friends recommended M.o.M.'s to me, as the least expensive place to buy a bike! Great place to buy a bike, service it & get any needed gear with outstanding riders working there to boot!
I walked into the dealership showroom and John jumped right up to greet me. He walked me over to his desk and didn't even talk about credit applications or finances, which every other dealer seems concerned with the most nowadays. When we got to talking about selecting a vehicle, he didn't push me towards any particular vehcle, but listened and took notes about what I was looking for. We wound up choosing a 2014 sorento. He pulled it up front and showed me all the features and benefits of owning a Kia vehicle, and especially of doing business with Bonneville and Son Kia. We went out for a test drive and any question i had regarding how to use a particular function or about things in my Sorento he answered. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down and that was the first time he even asked if i wanted to buy it. I loved the test drive and the overall look of the sorento so i said sure lets buy it. I told him i wanted to pay around 300-350 a month. He went to his manager for a few minutes and came back with 315 a month. He wrote up the paperwork and went to the billing office for about 15 minutes. I wet through the entire process of insurance and all that. The finance manager came and talked about warranties and a service called protect all. It gives you unlimited ding and dent removal, leather and fabric protection and repairs for spills, stains and burns. It only added about $10 a monthso i added it on. John came back and we went through all the paperwork and contracts. When all was said and done, John made sure that any questions I had about the features were answered. I drowe off with a smile on my face. Also, he opened the door for me every time we went in or out of the showroom.
Best buying car experience I have ever had. I am a single mother and was looking for a reliable used car for my 19 years old son. It took almost one month of searching and finally I came across with a couple cars at the Sevan Auto Group dealership. At the beginning i was a little sceptical about honesty and trustworthy of sales people at any dealership, but everything went like clockwork there. Everyone was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel scammed or cheated at all. I had several phone conversations with owner Eduard before making the trip and he answered all my questions promptly and accurately, saving me time before I drove over. He went through cars i choose with me individually through performance and vehicle history. Through the next few days he stayed in contact and worked with me on coming to an acceptable price for each car. I ended up deciding to purchase the 2005 Subaru Outback. Eduard was very attentive and understanding regarding my situation, he was very helpful from start to finish and everything from the price to the affordable interest rate worked out great. Any concerns I had were dealt with promptly, no time wasted, and the car I bought was prepared and ready to go on time, which mattered a great deal to me since I drove over from another state. The followup was equally outstanding -- several e-mails/phone calls to make sure everything was handled properly and to request my feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sevan Auto Group to anyone looking for a quality preowned car, great customer service and pleasant buying experience... and would certainly return when I'm in the market again.
We just moved to USA from Europe. Second biggest investment after buying a house was a car purchase for my wife and myself. My relative recommended me to deal with Sevan Auto Group. It took us a while to choose two vehicles. We ended up buying 2004 Honda Civic and 2003 BMW 325 XI. Best customer service I've ever experienced buying used car! Both cars were just purchased by Sevan at the auction and haven't gone through the shop. I took my chance and left a deposit for both of them. We were told that cars will have to go through the shop to be checked for safety and emission inspection. Everything was explained in very professional and honest fashion. We felt like we know the owner for many years. I was very comfortable dealing with him. Four days later we got a phone call from Eduard (the owner) saying that both cars were ready for delivery. Everything was exactly as expected. Clean cars with inspection stickers. I've waited for three month to write this review. I just wanted to see how their 90 days warranty works. Well, only one problem we had with BMW radiator started to leak after two month. They took care of it with absolutely no hassle for me. I highly recommend this dealership to all of you!
I first went to Sevan Auto Group to see about a Volvo. After test driving it, I realized that it was just too big for me. After seeing this, they suggested I look at a 2005 Mazda 3. I looked at it and went for a test drive, and it looked really nice, but it wasn't ready for retail so I decided not to buy. Instead, I put down a deposit after they promised that it would be ready to drive in three days. Three days later, I came back and sure enough the car was completely ready. I test drove it again and it was as amazing as I thought. I came back two months later to take care of a minor issue and they fixed it on the spot as soon as I brought it in. Overall, the experience was great straight from their cars to their customer service.
I originally sought out Amoskeag European Auto after having had multiple negative experiences at Holloway Mercedes - nothing wrong as far as technical expertise, but they are very expensive even by Mercedes dealer standards. I was looking for a better balance between expertise and cost, and I found what I wanted at Amoskeag. Without exception, the ownership and staff have been friendly, professional and competent, accomplishing the services I need at a very fair price. As with any business relationship, you should be an educated consumer - ask questions and take the time to shop around. I've done so and am happy to say that Amoskeag provides good value for service for this Mercedes owner.
I have owned Mercedes and other German card since 1978, and Pat McCarthy has done the work on all of my cars not under warranty since 1985. He was the head mechanic at the local Mercedes dealership before going out on his own. Brian is a fantastic mechanic. After I moved out of the area I have continued to drive 1 hour to have them do the work on my car because I trust them, and they have been accomodating of my needs for a loaner. They know who can do the services they don't do (like repair a rare part on a 1967 300SE Cabriolet). I appreciate the services they have done and continue to do for me
Ask for Norm Vachon. He is a super sales rep. Norm was very knowledgeable of all the vechiles I was interested in. He really went out of his way for me and was very patient, Also Norm has a great sense of humor which is a nice change . Our son, Alan recimmended Bonneville to me. I enjoyed doing business at Bonneville and will be back for service on my new Jeep Liberty Norm Boulin was also very helpful. I was impressed to see the owner of Bonneville working along side his employees. I was very pleased to meet him. Sincerely, the frenchman
The sales and leasing consultants treated me with the upmost respect. They helped me choose a car that best fit me and my finacial needs. I would recommend Bonneville & Son Kia to anyone who wants a great car, feel welcomed with no pressure to buy a car your not 100% sure it is what your looking. So Bonneville & Son Kia defiantly deserves five stars if not more! I know I will be back if I need to buy another vehicle. Thank You so much for your help and more!
OMG You should go to A&M Auto!!! I trust this place soooo much!!! I bought my first car their and I have had no problems at all. They were so honest and helpful not like most dealers that are trying to rip you off. The price of the cars if very reasonable. I would recommend anyone looking for a good reliable vehicle to go to A&M. This place gets the car ready for inspection and they are very honest if the car does need something.
