Yesterday(07/07/16), I bought a car at Lynch Toyata. The contact person was Mike Coia. he is really extraordinary person. Usually, many people think that Car sales man is not sincere at all. Before I met him, I believed that is true. I am from Korea. I arrived here just one week ago. So, I didn't know him. Even if My English is not fluent, He tried to explain to me what is the most important thing in buying a car. He did NOT sell the car, BUT he sold me my comfortable life here in Connecticut. I understand that one of the most important things for the salesmen is making a big money. That is true. Also, it seems that many people believe that cheating someone is a shortcut to earn big money. I do NOT accept that. Mike showed me that earning money could go with other people's happiness. So, my suggestion is that if you live in near Vernon or Manchester and if you want to buy a car, GO TO LYNCH Toyota to meet MIKE!!! He is extraordinary sincere and humorous person like our uncle.
I recently had my car repaired here and honestly, I could not be happier. Another dealer wanted to replace my shocks and mentioned something about struts. Cringing inside about the cost, money I really didn't have, I remembered Center Motors and thought why not? I'm so glad I did. Turns out the shimmy was caused by unbalanced tires and the need for an thrust alignment. One shock did indeed have minor leakage but certainly nothing that needed replacement right away. I'm so impressed with Mike, Art and Jamie. (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) You can trust the people at Center Motors. If you're not happy, they aren't. Something wrong with your vehicle? Bring to Center Motors. They'll fix it right and you won't be paying for unnecessary repairs. I speak from experience.
After purchasing (4) new Toyota vehicles in the last ten years at a competing dealership I was in the market for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The other dealership basically insulted me with their offer on my trade-in. I thought that my business and loyalty meant something but evidently not at my old dealership. From my initial introduction to Abed Wahed the Sales Consultant, Nick Saffioti the Sales Manager and Julie Olsen the Finance Manager I was overwhelmed by their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. I am extremely happy with the treatment I received and would recommend Lynch Toyota to anybody looking for a great experience.
