I Love my wifes new hair style. Stylist/Owner, listened to what she wanted and helped her work in to a style that was realistic to her features. Her hair looks amazing. Our pedicures were great after a day of skiing.

My wife had a great waxing experience unlike prior salon visit back home. Will be back!

We had a horrible experience at this salon. I called and complained a day after and the owner blamed us for what they did. One asked for platinum blond over her entire head. It turned out yellow and as unnatural as you can get. She said she looks like an albino with black eyebrows marked on with a sharpie marker! It is that bad! Toner could have been a big help but they didn't care because it would take too long. Another one of us asked for blond hair like a photo she showed of Brittany Spears. Her hair is half a yellowish orange color and the other half is her natural dark brown. She looks like Elvira! Then the last one of us asked for hair color like one of the stylists which is very light blond with darker blond to light brown low lights. I asked while this process was being done, why she was leaving so much root without putting solution on it and she gave a pitiful excuse. In the end, I came out with 1 inch roots that look horrible! The Elvira look-a-like has 1/4 inch roots and this whole experience was terrible. The owner never claimed responsiblity and blamed us completely. In the end I say it was lack of communication and skill because they did not want to take the time to do a good professional job and they got their money. We paid almost $400 and only ruined our hair! Do not go to this salon! I won't even get into the hair cut that we had to stop in the middle and leave. While we were there a woman called saying she got home and her hair turned green from the straightener they had just put on her hair that day. To top it off, we had a three year old little girl with us who had to sit and listen to their receptionist or nail tech curse ....how unprofessional.
