Hi-Flo Custom Exhaust

Waste of time! Their website says the can fabricate a custom exhaust on any vehicle. I walked into their office today 8/16/18, a guy never puts down his cell phone while I was talking. I explain what I wanted done, essentially the stock muffler cut off my motorcycle and replaced with a Magnaflow. He stops me while I’m talking and asks, “it’s for a bike?”, I reply yes and he continues by saying, “We are not interested in working with bikes”.

We’ll update your website because you don’t work on any vehicle. You work on cars, trucks and SUVs.

Never glanced up from his phone to make eye contact and acknowledge my presence. PTuning recommended this trash place.

EDIT 8/16/18: The owner has replied to my Google review, and seems to believe that texting on his phone with his head down in an acknowledgement of a prospective customer. He also seems to believe that reviews are only for work that was completed, not for his interactions with a prospective customer. This is the type of person running the business.

I would respect him, and his shop, much more if he would’ve listened to what I had to say and saw what I had before rushing to conclude that he has limited experience. I was asking him to weld an exhaust, something he claims to be an expert in doing. There is nothing different on a motorcycle vs a car besides the length of pipe and diameter.

I even came equipped with a video to show him of exactly what I was looking to be done but he didn’t let me finish talking before cutting me off saying he wasn’t interested.

How does one grow their skill set, and therefore their customer base, by being so narrow minded? It’s a rhetorical question boss, no need for a reply.

Fantastic experience. From the very first call Scott and his staff were professional and knowledgable. They answered my questions and I received a reasonable quote. Scott discussed various options and scheduled the appointment at a convenient time for me. The repairs were performed perfectly and I have sibce had my other car repaired as well by Hi-Flo Custom. Highly recommend what a great company to do business with.

Hey! I had Scott installed a dynamite exhaust system in my 2004 C5 Corvette. I was a little worried when I went into his shop, not very neat at the time. Don't judge a book by looking at it's cover. He's moving to a new shop thus the disaray. That dude can work on my vette any day, he that good. Fast and efficient. He's a good dude dispite the first impression.

I dropped off my car for some custom exhaust work. The technician and owner that I talked to said they understood what I wanted, and then the technician created something completely opposite. The technician would not change it to match what I was looking for. The owner sided with his technician. I would not accept the work. If I would have used it, the engine would have blown up. I decided I was going to take the car. Owner charged $300 for "work" & $100 for a $30 clamp. I did not get to keep the final part (not that I wanted it), only was given the clamp. These guys are extremely arrogant. Never going back.
