I showed up today 30 minutes before closing (I wasn't aware they closed at 7)and Martha was the only stylist working. Me being a licensed hair dresser myself am very particular with my hair! I am no Longer in a salon as I moved on to a different profession. Martha did a wonderful job with my hair. I would definitely recommend her. I saw s previous commenting here ( I looked at reviews before I came) and someone stated she didn't look like she wanted to be working. People tell me all the time I appear mad or angry but it's just my natural look. I would definitely not judge off that. Once you speak with her and are in her. Hair she takes great care of you! Everytime I have gotten my hair colored outside of the salon I worked in and prior to having my license I always got a nervous feeling and my hair wasn't how I imagined ! I have blonde dimension highlighted hair bad a dark underneath. It turned out basically how I pictured. She stayed almost two hours after close to accommodate me and I am very glad I chose to try this salon this evening!

I love this place. I am new in town and found this place by trial and error. I have very fine thin hair and it grows very slow. I saw Martha and she is an amazing stylist. The cut and color was perfect. I will defenitly go back and would recommend Guys and Dolls to anyone.

i drove from chantilly just to give this place a chance...let me tell you it was not what i expected but hey this is what i get for expecting too much. once i walked in, there was no pleasant greet..martha was not friendly with me at all. it seemed like she did not want to work.. i set up an app. to do dimension highlights with a fresh cut. she only did half my head and then told this one guy to do it...the guy was very very friendly and i love the way he cut and styled my hair... except he did not do the side swept bangs the way i wanted.... -___- this place is good for simple, easy going people who just need a trip. i would not recommend this place for a young wild girl who wants a cute sexy fun look. i was not too pleased with my hair and felt like it could of been better but to look at the bright side, it could of been worse. i walked out spending 130 dollars witch no tip. i feel like 130 for half head highlights and trim is wayyyyy to much for a little place like this in manassas.....

LOVE...LOVE...LOVED IT!!! Jen is Amazing and did such an awesome job!!! I got auburn high lights and cut/style...it was exactly what I wanted and was so pleased. Great atmosphere...cool and fun people....I had a great experience and will definitely go back!

This is a wonderful salon! It's chic, affordable, and best of all a family owned business. I'm a big hair fanatic and I pride myself in keeping my hair healthy. I do deep conditioning treatments and 6 week interval hair trimmings. With this being said, I've been trying to grow my hair longer and healthier for the past couple of years. Martha has been the only hair dresser who has listened to my requests for "just a trim." Also, she was the only hair dresser who took into account that my natural hair is curly thus I needed longer layers. I'm happy to say that my hair has grown and I can actually wear my hair natural without looking like "Sideshow Bob." Good price. Respectable, honest family. Great end results! I just wish I didn't have to move out of the area. I'm truly going to miss Martha!

Guys and Dolls is excellent! Absolustely the BEST cut I have had since cutting my long hair 5 years ago. I have been in search of someone who would cut my thick tresses into a smooth shoulder length cut. Martha listened and gave me a perfect youthful cut! In addition she applied a conditioner that made my color damaged and dry hair smooth, shiny and soft. I cannot tell you how much I like this place and...the price is right! (p.s. The children also love to get hair cuts at Martha's salon.) I would recommend this salon to everyone I know...

This place is AMAZING! I LOVE my hair! I got a hair cut and thermal straightening for my curly hair about 2 weeks ago and I'm so happy I came here. Martha is an amazing stylist. I would definitely recommend this new salon to anyone in the area. Manassas really needed a great salon, I'm happy Guys n Dolls Salon came through :)
