Ace Trim Carpentry

This company handled the trim in our new house for one of the builders listed on their client list. Most of the initial trim work was decent and done nicely. However, they did a poor job with the arch over our front door and failed to install trim around our foyer windows, MBR window, and some casings on the LR/DR and kitchen doorways. Now I don't initially fault them for the initial oversight as there was a disagreement between the developer and the trim company. However, Ace was provided the guidance to fix the issue once the developer and Ace ironed out those details. As the homeowner, I've waited since mid-August 2014 for this to be rectified only to hear constant excuses or lack of communication on when this will be fixed. Two individuals from Ace were in our house in October taking measurements and seeing what needed to be done and now January 4th, 2015 and still no casings/trim. If this is indicative of their quality of work/customer service I do not recommend them.
