Harbor Pavilion: Saturday Morning Flow (Open Level)
This class takes place at the Harbor Pavilion and will be limited to 10 people. Social distancing must be honored. Masks are required and you must bring along your own. You must pay for parking. Let's Play, Move, Discover and Laugh! Treat yourself to to some Saturday morning fun!
Virtual: Slow Flow Yoga (Level 2+)
This slow flow vinyasa practice features long holds in postures and a thorough exploration and application of alignment. It is a blend of yoga and other movement modalities and incorporates specialized practices for the shoulders, hips and core to cultivate a balance between strengthening and stretching muscles and mobilizing and stabilizing joints, throughout the entire body. Pranayama and meditation are also included to create a holistic practice.
Virtual: Kripalu Yoga (Open Level)
Kripalu is a gentle hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach and emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Students are taught to observe their thoughts without judging and to accept and love themselves as they are. In class, each student learns to find their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward.
Virtual: Community Donation Class (Choose)
In this community class, we will focus on opening up your shoulders and the power of letting go. Power Pixie Yoga is a mixture of vinyasa and yin flows. Working on building strengthen, creating space in body and mind. Getting you out of your head and present on your mat.
Virtual: Vinyasa Flow (Level 2/3)
Ramp up your practice! This class is a blend of Vinyasa Flow, with an extra kick to your asana. This class is more challenging with plenty of opportunities. A fun exploration of unique sequencing, inversions, and arm balances, this class will assist you in your continued growth, confidence, and evolution, safely supporting your practice as it transitions to the next level. Having a consistent yoga practice is recommended.
Virtual: Gentle/Yin Yoga (Open Level)
A slow-paced style of yoga with poses (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time. This practice is appropriate for everyone and a perfect compliment to other forms of yoga. Slowing down helps your acuity, and with regularity, this practice can create space and greater strength, so that you are better at all your endeavors.
Harbor Pavilion: Vinyasa Flow (Open Level)
This class takes place at the Harbor Pavilion and will be limited to 10 people. Social distancing must be honored. Masks are required and you must bring along your own. You must pay for parking. This class assumes a working knowledge of yoga. It offers a variety of poses and time to work in each pose as well as variation in tempo and focus. More advanced Pranayama is explored and peak poses played with.

A vigorous mixed level power vinyasa flow yoga practice where breath and movement are linked. This is a mixed levels class where you are challenged to meet your edge. It's been said, "where your mind goes, your body will follow". In this live session, we'll flip it around and using movement, breath, and self massage techniques, we'll take our minds into a more peaceful state.
