Good prices, as they will do one exam, for one price, for both contacts and glasses. Their customer service at the desk is lacking severely though. Each time I had to come in, make an appointment, or call, I was met with attitude, and made to feel like I was a burden, even though I only called when necessary. At one point, when calling to ask a clarifying question, I was met with a crisp answer and then hung up on before I could reply. Perhaps if they take some training, or mix up the staff, then I would rate this five stars. Good service goes a long way.
