Oak Haven Villas Apartments

the units are located in the middle of the towns amenities. boys and girls club, work out path, nice lake across the street to south. tennis courts, pool, and basket ball courts are across the street to the north. The neighborhood is like Mayberry, everyone knows everybody. most of my neighbors are friendly. Central heat and air, terrazel floors, new windows and paint, very clean, the Kitchen and dining room are small and do not have dishwashers. The bed rooms and bathroom are regular size.

The apartments are laid out nicely with a front and back door, outside patio, parking ten feet from one of the doors. the rent man does pest control and filters every few months, If your need picture or drapery rods installed the rent man does that too.

I pay for my water, electric, cable, and phone. All in all, for the location, condition of the apartments along with the friendly neighbors I think it is a great deal. The rent is $625 for a one bedroom and $725 for a 2 bedroom average for the area, BUT HERE IS THE BEST PART....as long as you pay your rent by the 3 rd of the month and follow the rules, the rent is discounted $150 dollars every month. So I only pay 575 a month for a 2 bedroom. What a deal.

I submitted a question via the "contact us" section on their webpage and the response I got was so rude. They didn't even have my full name let alone any rental history report, but assumed I wasn't responsible enough and that I didn't have enough money to rent from them. Too bad they didn't know I HAVE LOTS, and was seriously considering giving it to them. But I will say that I am very grateful they sent me that response because I didn't have to make the mistake of signing a lease with them before I figured out what they were really about... so THANKS!!

Units are very small. Located in a high crime low income area. No ammenities.
