I was most recently at MB Orlando (Maitland) to purchase my 4th Mercedes Benz from this dealership. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. What a pleasure it is to do business here! And, over the years, the service dept. has been incomparable, as well. Thank You!



I'm excited about my 2014 Mercedes C250, and I enjoyed working with Robert Owens at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando. He was in no hurry, and did everything he could to help make my purchase satisfying. He even drove my old car to my house for me! Very happy with his service. The waiting area for repairs is top notch! Free food and drink, free WiFi. You can even bring your car back to get a free car wash as many times as you want!



I set up an online appointment with Joel to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived at the scheduled time, he mysteriously had something else to do. The black salesman James (whom he made reference to a few times) was busy. I guess they try to match ethnicities for all non-white customers. Anywho, he pretty much played rock, paper, scissors with another guy named Brian so they can decide who will have the daunting task of telling the black girl no. The black girl who unknowingly is an engineer with a stable high paying job. (Not that it should matter). Unfortunately I was stuck with Brian. After test driving a vehicle (which is what I came there to do). He insisted on appraising my current vehicle. After several misleading assumptions and a very pompous attitude, he came back with some credit was never run, no income info or anything taken, no acknowledgement of the internet price I was quoted (although I mentioned it), and a total lack of discernment. Then I was given "I'm sure you're not interested in paying that amount, we're pretty busy today so give us a call later". Then took off from his desk before I could even stand up from my seat. I have never felt so disgusted, degrated and embarrassed in my life. Thank God there are other Mercedes dealerships not too far. I'm still debating how far I am going to take this but absolutely the worst service. Even for car dealership standards.

I know that rarely do you hear anything positive in these types of review - because more times than not - the reviews are used to complain. And I am not saying that it may not be warranted - but as a lifetime MB customer from the day that the doors opened in 2003 - we have had nothing but good experiences with the service and sales at MB of So.Orlando.
Having bought over 7 MB - from Cs to SLKs - the service crew are great about scheduling loaner cars or service that can fit our schedules.
(It doesn't hurt having the Mac Daddy Mall of Millenia right across the street to browse whilst the car is being serviced)
I hope that MB of So. Orlando keeps up the great job - and although they are going through a facelift - that they keep the great sales and service people.
They may look more like the other MB dealerships because of the restoration - but I hope that they keep ahead of the curve like they have been doing! :)

Professional and responsible dealership

The sales person I have dealt with, Shariff, is excellent and responsive. The service department, in particular as represented by Lori and Mike, has been superb (I have bought 4 new cars from them and have taken them a 5th MB purchased elsewhere, all handled professionally and competently in every regard). This is not a faceless corporate owned facility but one owned by a successful and involved individual who knows how to attract the best people and satisfy discerning customers. I highly recommend MBSO.

Avoid at all costs!

NO CONTACT: My second bad experience. Both times Lori Nilsen will not pick up the phone or call me back with requested status updates, maybe an email every 4 days. No customer service or sense of urgency whatsoever. Car has been there 6 days and i don't even have an estimate. The only reason i brought it for a 2nd time was the hope that they could again fix the same issue i brought the car in with the 1st time. Absolutely horrible......TWO DAYS LATER: I was told the car should be ready today. When i tried to call, i was hung up on by receptionist Bianca Heap after asking her if there was anyone who could help me get the status on my vehicle and having her transfer me to multiple numbers where no one answered. Lori is nowhere to be found and not answering phone calls or emails. I called every service manager, including the director down the line and not one of them can pick up. They have terrible reviews all over the internet that i should have read!!

Be aware of this people

Terrible Terrible terrible, Special Sam Our Sales Man, Do not ask about him, most likely he do not know what his doing and will let you come 4~5 times to correct his childish mistake, The sales manager misspelled 2 times our name in two different appointments, unbelievable after we give them our Drive license, Good Lord just copy from the Drive license! After that another call the paper for the warranty are to be remake, What? Are you serious? Well when I ask way we need to get back for the 4th time they give me some stupid explanations like it is for my good that car need to be reinspect, so I ask for discount on some upgrade to some parts that I wan to buy, well no way, I ask to take care of us and make up for the four times and 45 minutes of drive to get there for the mistake that they continue to do and we do not have any part of it but that rude SAM and unprofessional of our sales man told us that they do no need to give discount or anything, and we already close the deal as is if I want he can give me some coffee or a bottle of water! Can you believe that incompetent and unprofessional person! I do have a business as well and when I screw up we try to make up for our clients in anyways, and this people want give us a coffee for the 4 times that we lost time and gas. WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
