THE SECURITY GUARD CAME ACROSS AS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL IN SENSE WOULD NOT PROVIDE INFORMATON AS NEEDED FOR PEOPLE. HAS CERO VOMMON SENSE OR IS JUST A UGLY INDIVIDUAL BY CHOICE.

I WENT TWO DAYS IN A ROW.

CAME TO FIND OUT . THEY LET PEOPLE IN AT 7:30 AM AFTER FORMING A LINE OUT SIDE.

SHE HAS 8 pgs to fill each pg has a total of 27 lines.

She fails to notify only one person van go upstairs no translators allowed.she fails to notify individual that they are equiped with translation service.

If someone anandones turn to go upstairs she does Not fill that opening because an agent from upstairs has to authorize it and according to her she does Not have a phone. Tjis woman has at least 5 snoke brakes to take care of her habit and does not have 2 minutes to be able to go second floor by being relief by gs4 guard

To adk agent if new person can be place in for walk away individual. This security guard is medioquer. Maybe a good human being however a terrible worker.

They are supposed to be open until 4:30pm but seem randomly close early on some days. I stopped by at 3pm one day to pick up forms and instruction books and they were closed for no reason at all. Their forms are not accessible when they are closed.
