Mahomet-Seymour Community Unified School District is one of the leading providers of primary education in the United States. Located in Mahomet, Ill., the school district enrolls more than 5,000 students in grades kindergarten through 12. It comprises more than 15 elementary, middle and high schools, and special education centers. The school district utilizes various classroom strategies and practices, such as cooperative learning, peer tutoring, teacher guidance, team teaching, differentiated instruction, multiple path learning, looping classrooms, and teaming solutions.
