I have nothing but praise for the folks from the Unigas office. We are new residents, and didn't switch over our gas from DH Horton soon enough. Whoops, we got shut off. The gentleman was very nice about it, and told me to just go to the office up the street. I went to the office and dealt with a very pleasant woman, who told me that unfortunately I might have to wait a few days. The next morning, Unigas was back to turn the gas on. Since I don't know how to turn on the water heater, he came in and did it for me - and even checked the stove. Again, he was very nice.
