        Overall

        It took 2 years to sell my house and the only reason it sold is because I reduced the price on my own, $40,000 less than Remax's recommended listing price. Communication was non existent. Living in Florida, I asked for the agent to help me turn in my TV satellite before closing. She wouldn't even return my call.
