the quality of the food was good, but the service was some of the worst i've ever had. It took forever for our food to arrive (the table that ordered 15 minutes after us got their food long before we did). When it finally came, my husband's pizza had the wrong toppings, which wasn't that big of a deal, except they took about half an hour to get us out a new one. By the time he finally got his food my daughter and had both been finished eating for a while, so we got it to go. The manager was very nice about it and gave my husband some breadsticks while he waited, but the server was downright rude. I waited tables for over three years, and this service was just terrible, especially for an unusually slow tuesday night!

Uno's has wonderfully delicious Chicago style deep dish pizza. There are plenty of toppings to choose from - I highly recommend the Spinoccoli. I've also tried their burgers and pasta dishes which were both excellent. Make sure to save room for dessert too - they have one that tastes like a giant peanut butter cup with ice cream on top. It's amazing! I've never had a problem with service at this location. Waiters have always been polite and food is brought out in an acceptable time (keep in mind that deep dish pizza takes longer to bake).
I like going here sometimes verses JoAnns or Micheals b/c they seem to have a lot more Unique and harder to find items that the big-wig stores don't and won't carry. The place is fairly small, but that doesn't falter the selection of items they have at all. Overall its a really great place to go to, the staff is always nice and willing to help you out with anything you need.
