I found the car that I wanted on the internet first before going down to talk to them. Kristen was wonderful, she called me to follow-up about the vehicle. She made sure that I qualified for financing before I headed down to the dealer. I live about 200 miles from them, so I wanted everything to be in order. I got down on the day that I said I would and Kristen was right at the counter. She had a Matt Schultz, one of her sales people, take me to see the new vehicle and they looked at mine at the same time. I was happy with the new vehicle, so they went to finance it. It got to be late, so they asked if I could return the next day and give them some more time to get the financing done. I was not pleased about having to leave, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came back the next day and was working with Nate the finance manager. He was also very helpful and professional. He had all of my paperwork ready. He went over it with me and had me sign where I needed to sign and I was off. I can't say how good of an experience this was for me. The sales people were excellent along with the finance person. I have bought many cars in my life and I can say honestly this was the easiest sales experience I have ever had.
We (myself and wife) started looking for a newer truck in April of 2011. We traveled to many dealerships to see what we could find. Of the dealerships we visited many salesman tried to push us into something we didn't want nor could afford. The salesman (Dave Behling) at Gordie Boucher Ford in Janesville, asked many questions to find out what our needs and price range would be. We drove several different vehicles in the 6 months we were looking, answered all our questions with confidence and patience and even checked interent and other dealerships to help us find exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure put on us by Dave to purchase a vehicle. In September of 2011 we finally found what we were looking for. When we picked up the truck, Dave stayed well past closing time to go over how everything worked, set up bluetooth, and continued to answer more questions. Since then we have been in and also called several times and Dave has also taken time to answer any and all questions no matter how many times we have asked. THANKS so much Dave
SMART MOTORS TOYOTA has fantastic customer service from start to finish. Back in August 2015 I picked up 2nd my new vehicle from Smart, which is a Highlander and since then I have been back to SMART for an oil change etc. SMART provides white glove customer service 100% of the time, it doesn't matter what you are there for, whether it is buying a vehicle or having your vehicle serviced. It's a fabulous experience as everyone is so nice and accommodating, no other dealership in the area can replicate SMART MOTORS touch!
