Took mower in for service and it came back in worse shape. Blades weren't sharpened, deck wasn't cleaned, the replaced the battery and never secured it so it fell out on the first mow. Also, they "adjusted" the tracking/park brake......now it spins in circles with no one on it. Called to voice my concerns and the owner Rick was rude and dismissive, would not even listen to what was wrong.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from this business. Purchased a new tractor from them. Had multiple issues wrong with it. Contacted owner Rick and did not return phone calls. Worst customer service I have ever experience.

I am 64 years old. I cannot remember a bigger more expensive cluster f**k than dealing with this outfit. BEWARE. Was told repair would take a week. Just received mower after 5 weeks. And that's only the beginning. Will NEVER deal with them again.

If you are buying a new machine, shop around. If you are getting service done, avoid this place. They will point as many fingers at the operator instead of the warrantee. Mechanic is low-grade... They have no common sense other than how to charge you the most. And if your company uses them to fix their machines, good luck. You get what you pay for when you use these guys!
