Supreme Health & Fitness provides health, exercise and physical fitness programs and services. It operates a more than 7000-square-foot fitness center equipped with over 100 units of cardiovascular equipment, circuit training stations and weights. The club has several racquetball championship courts and conducts clinics, lessons, tournaments, leagues and a variety of racquetball programs. Supreme Health & Fitness houses a lap pool for adult lap swimming and water fitness sports. The club provides a free playroom child care facility for children of all ages.
