Sani-Matic has defined its niche in the sanitary processing industries as a specialist in sanitation technology. Sani-Matic designs, manufactures and distributes sanitation technology systems used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food processing, dairy, meat and beverage industries. The company is part of a corporate family that includes Alkar-RapidPak. Both companies are involved in supplying process equipment to the sanitary industries. Alkar custom manufactures batch and continuous cooking and chilling equipment for the processed meat industry. The RapidPak portion of the company specializes in providing packaging solutions for a variety of sanitary industries. Founded in 1983, Sani-Matic is located in Madison, Wis.
