Pedro's...keep your food expectations low. We went to the west side restaurant for the first time on a sunny afternoon...great day to be on Pedro's patio. However, the tortilla chips were bland and did not taste fresh...are they out of a bag? The chips were edible, but we've had better elsewhere, including the supermarket. We thought the salsa was the best part of the eating experience, but a slight bitter taste in the second round made us second guess. We ordered the fundido dip appetizer...too much cream cheese and maybe sour cream overpowered the spinach, jalapenos, and scant chorizo. This dip was crusty as if it was microwaved too long and an overcooked chunk of cheese in the corner of the bowl was not appealing. The strawberry margarita was watered down tasting and not from melted ice...not enough strawberry flavor and no hints of tequila. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the product did not win us over. If you choose Pedro's, we hope you have a better food experience.
