If you want to work with one of the rudest people you'll meet, make sure to work with Padley.

I called and asked about a lost refund, and he not only made me feel like an absolute idiot about it, but he also insulted me for not "asking the right questions." I'm not a CPA, how am I supposed to know the right questions to ask?

I also know that he overlooked the fact that I had health insurance and it almost cost me several hundred from my last return. My parents and I have gladly decided not to use him again.

Once again, if I haven't made it clear - DO NOT USE HIM.

Unprofessional and rude. He makes mistakes with your taxes. He does the bare minimum and doesn't care if it's in the best interest of the customer. He spends more time writing lengthy emails on how busy he is instead of working on your tax returns. Save your money and go else where.
