I know I rated a 4 but that is for overall experience. The knowledge of the worker behind the counter was Above average and was extremely kind to me and very knowledgeable. He took the time to go over my entire purchase. I would give him a 5 star for just his patience and knowledge, however, since there were many people who were waiting in front of me before I got there, I waited well over 30 minutes to be helped. The other customers stayed and hung out for the entire time I was there. At times these other customers made me feel awkward... The shop is the size of a bedroom and dont feel its big enough for the same 8 or more people to hang out in the entire 45 minutes.



It was the first time I came here, and definitely not the last! :-)



I will definitely be using this store for all my vaping needs from here on out.

As a casual Vap user who wanted a step up from convenience store brands it was a bit intimidating first walking into the small crowded store. I had done some research online on VV's and found the one I wanted was about the same as it was online. The juice they make there is high quality, it was like night and day compared to the convenience store brand. The red bull flavor is amazing. If the staff was slightly more social and inviting this place would easily be a 5/5, besides that no complaints here!

I've been a customer of another store in town and wasn't happy with the service there. I did a Google search and found this place with good reviews. The man working was very busy, but was actually able to answer questions I'd been unable to solve at the other place. I bought three flavors and both of the ones I tried are great.

Very nice little shop. Great customer service. The juice is very good great top quality ingredients and very flavorful. Great selection for the space and the prices are good as well. This little shop is a great addition the to the area!

I am visiting friends in Madison and needed some juice. I did a search for shops in Madison and this one had the best reviews by far! I have to say that I believe every one of them! Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The smoke shops back home have had me chasing my tail for months. Kevin very quickly determined the cause of my problems and solved them without charging me a dime! Amazing service and every juice I sampled tasted better than anything I've found back home. I'll be having him ship juice to me from now on.

I stopped into this stop for the first time two weeks ago and I can't stop going now. I'm newer to gaping and I really appreciate all of the advice I got. Nit only did the customer service exceed my expectations, but the juices are just as great! Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my new favorite!

I was in last week and wanted to just buy some Kiwi Flavoring to add to my juice I already have. The worker there called Kevin, and he (Kevin) refused to sell me just a few flavor shots to add more flavor to my juice. YOU are in business to sell products, and Not wanting to sell me some more flavor is NOT a good business decision. Money is Money, regardless what we (Customers) spend it on. Take our money and sell us what we want, or we will take our money to those that will!

I WILL NEVER give them a dime of mine anymore because of this. The FDA and their new rules are not going to be the ones to hurt your business Kevin, YOU will be the one to hurt and or ruin your business by not catering to what Customers WANT!

I ordered E-liquid from this place it, "Double Mint Gum" & "Atomic Fireball" Spot on perfect! Custom service is above and beyond. I cant stress that enough..very personal, professional and friendly! All the products that Kevin carries are genuine, quality products that don't just fall apart the minute you walk out of the store. The prices are at least half of what you might expect to pay on vaping products at other stores downtown. I use the E-Smart cigarette just for fun with a few different flavors. It is comforting to know that the flavors are all natural and made to know. Kevin is great at answering any questions you may have about getting started on vaping. I highly recommend checking out the website or visiting the shop if you are interested in vaping products. Definitely deserves five stars!

I just picked up a complete starters kit yesterday. After Kevin answered COUNTLESS noobie questions, he graciously offered his advice on flavors, and let me try the different strengths of juices before I committed to picking one (although he would have let me split it up). If you have considered making the switch to e-cigs, give this man a call or email, he will fill you in on all the terms, and parts (its all quite simple once you are shown). He answers emails near-instantly and is just an all-around great guy.

I bought a bottle of refill liquid from Kevin. It is the best tasting Camel I have ever found from anywhere! I will for sure be going back for more very soon!

I just got this today. I ordered the Kanger E-Smart. I have been looking for an alternative to help quit smoking. I have been a smoker for 20 years. I have tried other brands, the disposable ones. I don't know I just didn't care for them. Too harsh, or tasted lousy and certainly didn't last long. I didn't feel I was saving any money. I smoke a pack a day, so I ordered the 18mg Turkish flavor (because I smoke Camels), and I must say this has a good flavor. It will take some getting used to not smoking real tobacco, but I think if I stick to it, then I can get off of smoking cigs. The best part I like about this, is that the liquid doesn't leak out. I have seen friends that vape use these larger e-cigs, and they have to tilt them down so the liquid doesn't come pouring out. This doesn't leak at all whatsoever. My .02 cents.
