The Division of Quality Assurance is a part of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. The Division of Quality Assurance is responsible for assuring the safety, welfare and health of persons using health and community care services in Wisconsin. It specializes in providing home health and day care services for families and individuals. The division designs and conducts alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs through detox centers and inpatient and outpatient facilities. The Division of Quality Assurance also operates an intermediate care facility for people suffering from developmental disabilities. It additionally offers rehabilitative, residential and hospice care services. The Division of Quality Assurance is located in Madison, Wis.
