I really enjoyed getting my car there. Tim was so nice. He was VERY confident that he could get me my car even with my financial challenges. He didn't try to "make" me buy a car. He told me about the car an answered all my questions. He talked to me on line before I came in. I later found out he was in a class but was still helping me. I had gone to the Rivergate Kia last year. I have never met a group like them. They were so unfriendly and unhelpful. I was just looking and we checked to see what I could afford. He pulled my credit came back and said they couldn't help me and just walked off and left me sitting there. I knew I had credit challenges. He made me feel even worse. I was so upset I just started crying. I would NEVER, EVER recomend them. I would Rivergate in a heartbeat.Thank you again. Just by helping me you have given back a lot of confidence I had lost. I feel so good. Tim was just AWESOME. JUST AWESOME. I am recomending him to all of my friends... Thanks again
Fantastic first experience with Pep Boys in Madison. I went there looking for tires as the tread on 2 was about dead and a 3rd had some gashing/coiling exposed - I am somewhat obsessed with safety and wanted these replaced PRONTO. Rich, one of the manager's was quick to sort my requests, offering to "beat" anyone in town's prices. After a small amount of comparison shopping, he did in fact beat a competitor's price. What I appreciate the most is that they didn't even attempt to downplay my requests or my negotiation skills simply because I'm female. They gave me exactly what I wanted, in a very timely manner, with high level professionalism. We even made a deal on an oil change that I was going to need shortly. Great experience - oh, and my rebate on the tires actually DID arrive in the expected time frame (rarity there if you've ever dealt with mail-in rebates). I'd return if needed. Thanks, fellas.
I will NEVER buy another vehicle from that dealership nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. We were sold a truck that broke down 10 minutes after driving off the lot and a Ford Edge whose window had to be brought back to be fixed after the sales person claiming he "fixed it". We live almost TWO HOURS alway so this was very inconvenient especially since we have three child and both have jobs. We were also promised a "snow day discount" due to the road conditions that day and us still come non to buy a vehicle. It has now been two weeks I've had this vehicle and I'm STILL getting phone calls from the financial department "Tabitha" because she still hasn't got all the bank stuff completed. I was promised that this would be the best experience I've ever had buying a car and it was by far the WORST experience I've EVER had buying a car!!
