Every time I leave my appt I like them even more. It is a staff that is happy and concerned for your skin health. I see Phtsician’s Assistant Lindsay Hayler. She has great bedside manner and I always feel she has checked anything in question quite thoroughly. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff is great here. Always kind and accommodating. My last appointment for my yearly exam, I was 15 minutes early and they took me in right away. I was done in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Hayler is very professional and knows her stuff. Dr. Rivera removed a melanoma I had on my neck 3 years ago and you can't even tell it was done. I've already recommended them to some friends.

This is the finest and most professional Dermatology team I have ever received care from. They do everything purely from a spirit of serving you, the patient. Everything is about you. I have been to other Dermatologists who would only look for skin problems above the waist. The team here truly will do a complete scan to make sure there is nothing hiding in your hair (moles, skin conditions, etc) or anywhere else on your body. They provide you with ample protection of your modesty and, unlike other Dermatologists I have used before, they let you know it is a privilege to help you stay healthy and for them to put your mind at ease about anything you have a concern about on your skin. Excellent follow-up time for re-examination of some spots of sun damage I had. All fully resolved and healed up normally. I like the fact that this team is fully operational in the 21st century. By that, I mean they accept Flex Spending Account cards, as well as many other credit cards. Not so with my old Dermatologists. Wonderful! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and on my follow-up, they got me in early! 100% professional, in every respect. They provide care, in the truest sense of the word.

Dr. Rivera Made My Son Feel Very At Ease And Answered Any Questions We Had Very Patient And Always On Time. Any Appointment We Have Been Too, We Never Had To Wait More Than 5 Minutes, Excellent Staff And Appointments Thet Always Remind Us, Thank You Even Though It's Really Our Responsibility To Be There When We Make An Appointment, It's Nice To Know That You Like To Make Sure By Emailing Us And Calling! Dr. Rivera and his staff are very caring and capable as well as friendly and efficient. I have had several surgeries for skin cancers performed successfully by him and have been most happy with the results. Further, I have never been kept waiting longer than 5 minutes past my appointment time.

Horrible customer service. Worst staff I have ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone. Front staff was completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacked knowledge. Will take my business elsewhere.
