My wife and I used Willie this past summer to refinance our mortgage and he was great to work with. I had gone by a local bank that advertised they refinanced existing mortgages and they didn't even know what the rate was and had to call another office to find out the rate. They said I'd have to pay $5000 in closing cost and it's probably not worth it. I called a local mortgage company that specializes in mortgage refinancing and they took my info and they didn't even follow thru with returning my call. I had a decent interest rate when we bought our house 2 years ago and thought maybe its just not worth it. I decided to give it one last shot and call Willie. Willie followed thru crunched the numbers and ended up lowering our payment amount by $200 a month and we got to skip a payment and we didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket for closing cost. He simplified the process and made something that seemed a headache very easy! My wife's sister also refinanced her mortgage with Willie a few months after we did and he did just as great of a job for her!
