Went to this walk-in clinic today, 11/25/2014, for sore throat and swollen tonsils so bad I couldn't go to work. We waited 60 minutes in the waiting room (which was full) and 40 minutes in the examining room. The nurse practitioner was excellent. The exam took 20 minutes, have a strep test & results, then prescriptions called in. The facility is very clean and located on Sullivan St. in Madison. Every one was very cordial and professional. We paid cash as we don't have insurance. It was reasonable compared to other walk-ins. Would definitely recommend this clinic and plan to use it again.

My mom had been tossed from doctor to doctor with none putting in enough effort to find out what is wrong with her. She was the first doctor in several years to really listen to my mom. She said I don't know what is wrong but we will work hard to figure it out. It turns out to be bad news but even jas she gave us the news she had such empathy and sympathy. She takes her time with you and answers all your questions. I am a nurse and have worked with hundreds of doctors and very few I feel are awesome. She is awesome.
I have used Dr. T for several years for my daughter. He has always treated us well, been careful to note her previous bad reactions to antibiotics and consults with me readily during our appointments. His current office staff is definitely an improvement on previous staff, and as most parents can tell you the staff in an office can make a huge difference in how you feel towards a Dr.
