My goto place. Was having issues replacing 3 spark plugs.(do to a hand injury) While my tires were rotated they completed my spark plug task. No charge.

After adding air to right rear tire a couple of times on the Michelin low profiles I had installed at American Tie Depot on south D St., I stopped in to see how effective the touted purchased Road Side Service Contract would performed. Edwin, assistant manager greeted me. He then proceeded to display a level of customer service, responsiveness and professionalism, in repairing said tire, that was down right refreshing. When I returned the next day, Edwin expressed initial concern that the repair had failed or the tire pressure sensing light had returned. Neither I said, as I handed him a box of fresh donuts for the crew. Talk about customer service and standing behind your product and service. Two thumbs up. I'll be returning. Absolutely decent experience...
