WORST experience! I came in with my hair about midways down my back. I told her what I wanted BEFORE she ever started. She totally disregarded EVERYthing I said to her. She was talking about adding layers to frame my face while she was in the process of cutting my hair. I said "No do not do that". I left there with my hair not quite reaching my shoulders with layers framing my face. I was about in tears when I got in my car! Do NOT let her touch your hair!! She doesn't care what you want, she does what she wants to YOUR HAIR!!
