Small Smiles Dental Centers

Actually here right now, my daughter's appt was at 3pm and they just now called us back 4:56pm (12-29-14). I'm officially done with this place, they have nearly 20 examine rooms and no assistance. If your using state covered dental do not use them. The ladies in back are nice, the ladies at the counter not so much. Bathrooms are dirty and falling apart, nothing for children to do while they wait two hours, carpet is nasty and water fountains are faulty.

My first visit I made an appointment for 10:45. They told me to come 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. Well 12:00 has rolled around and still haven't seen anyone yet!!! It is very frustrating when you make an appointment and still sit an wait for hours. What is the point of an appointment if they are going to over book the patients. Also no entertainment for the kids but to just run around in an open space. There was a movie on when my son and I got here but as soon as it went off they shut the tv off.
