Debbie at DCPI will lie to you and tell you that no payments have been made. You must enforce your contract and send her copies to even get a spreadsheet. We had a payoff amount of $673.00 , the same week we got that payoff amount one of our customers wanted to pay off. We called to find out the customers pay off amount witch was $1609.00. Later that same week they decided to charge us interest that just happen to add up to the gentleman"s payoff. They make up their own rules and decide when they want to charge you and however much they want. They are crooks. Do not under any circumstances use this company. My experience with this company has been terrible. They are deceitful, unlawful, and base their company on guidelines that they do not follow. I am not a bhph customer mad because my car was repoed, I am a successful used car dealership that unfortunately conducted business with them because of their "guidelines" that hey refuse to follow. Dealers beware!!!! Before you conduct business with the unprofessional people here that can't even follow their own paperwork or abide by the law, you should call the REAL dealers capital and speak to Eric!! They will take care of you there!
