Customer since 2009. Called to cancel because we don't want to go into their new mandatory one year contract with automatic renewal. Chris was rude and said "ya'll have been nothing but a pain in the..." because I asked to produce a copy of the contract I supposedly signed. She said "I'll do this one last thing, and then I'm done with ya'll". Then she hung up on me. Each time we have asked for an invoice for work completed, or an activity log, nothing was provided...ever! We sent a request for termination via certified mail. It has been sitting at the post office waiting to be picked up for 6 days! Glad we were such loyal customers at $39 a month for the last 5+ years. Read that new contract carefully and in depth if you are considering using this company.
