Dental Dreams

I received my new dentures March 2nd and they are a perfect fit. I love them. Thank you for giving me back my smile.

I don't know where all this negative stuff is coming from. I was there "on the card" on 5/30/17 and was treated like royalty. Dr.Patel filled 4 cavities and did a root canal while explaining each step. Of course there were other patients being treated as we, but I am a very happy customer who has had A LOT of previous dental work.

Very nice people and very good at their jobs....ive been to other clinics and always had bad experiences but the people here make it a pleasant experience.

Worst dental office i have been to!!! First off two weeks ago went in for a cleaning/check up. The dentist saw that i had a cavity & just said "hmm I'll mark it down & we'll just keep an eye on it for now" he did the cleaning really roughly & rushed. Told him i wanted my wisdom teeth removed & he scheduled me to come on the next week. Well i got my two top wisdom teeth removed yesterday & it was simply terrible. First off i was expecting some local anesthetic or lauging gas or something to help me relax & not feel anything, but nope all he did was numb my gums, & i made him do it twice because i could still feel pain. then he quickly just pulled them out. He literally just got up & left without saying a word, no advice on what to do, no comforting words, NOTHING. The assistant gave me gauze & an ice pack. I had to ask the front desk for extra gauze because all i had was what was in my mouth & that obviously wasn't gonna last long. Bad service, always in a rush & no care for patients.

Not a good clinic. Seemed like the office was understaffed. The young ladies seemed stressed out and overworked. Overheard some of the employees complain about their pay and workload. Just doesn't seem like good management is practiced. I was seen for a cleaning, never again will I go there again. I hope the 'dental assistants' used clean instruments on me. I quoted 'dental assistants' because these girls lack education in this field, half of them don't even look like their old enough to work. The front desk seemed unprofessional, sorry guys, people pay attention to the little things, and when you have staff working with nose rings and ghetto tats, you need to get a job at Mcdonalds.

Professional.respectful and very efficient. So many patients and yet they finc talk, ask and explain

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service. I had a lady dentist, Dr. Gao, who began by taking digital x-rays, evaluated my needs, discussed my problems (cavities, crown and extraction), a repair plan and began work on one portion of my mouth. Within an hour today's portion of the work had been painlessly completed.

Previously I've had exccellent dentists, but at a much greater cost. Today I saved a LOT of money for similarly excellent service.

If you go to Dental Dreams you have to see Dr. Gao. She is the BEST dentist ever! She is GREAT with children too.

I probably spelled her name wrong but she was excellent...I had to get two teeth extracted one of witch had to be cut out...I'm the BIGGEST baby when it comes to the dentist and she talked to me so well and calmed me and the evite procedure was very fast and painless..I actually told her I loved her in the end ..she will be seeing me for all my future visits

I told all my family members that do not go there if you do not want to get toothaches. I got toothache for months after I left the dental dreams office although I had no toothache prior to the filling treatment. I believe that my tooth got infected because I have to take strong antibiotics to stop my toothaches. Even root canal cannot completely solve the problems. I do hope they can be good dentists. Please improve service. Two of their receptionists were rude including the supervisor. I have never had so bad experience in any other dental service. I hate to give a bad review. I hope people could be able to understand me because I have had so terrible tooth pains.

7 yr old daughter had to go for fillings and the dentist was GREAT!

I have been going to dentists for 50 years now, this place filled teeth for myself and 3 other members of my family. We all have been in pain for months after the filling. My son and I so far had to go to another dentist and actually have the same teeth Dental Dreams filled we had them pulled, about 6 months after our visit. My wife and younger son still have daily pain and problems.



They are the last place i would ever recommend to anyone, I would not even tell my worst enemy to go their.



The receptionists there are very rude. On our first visit, we had a 10:00 am appointment, and finally left at 12:45 because they appeared to have forgotten about us.



DON'T GO THERE!!!
