        I've never wrote a negative review for anything in my life. This post office is so awful that I felt compelled to make an account and write a review about it. Out of the last 8 packages I have used them for, 7 were very late.
        One time I called and described the problem to the kid in a very calm and non threatening voice. He replied: "This is not my ****ing problem" and immediately hung up on me. Another time, the girl just said: "I don't know where it is" and quickly hung up on me.
        This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any business of any type ever, including fast food. It must literally be impossible to get fired at this post office. FedEx, UPS, DHL, anything is a better option.
        Avoid at all costs. WHEN you have a parcel that is late, DO NOT call them. They will not give you any pertinent information, and you will surely be frustrated by the time you hang up the phone.

        TERRIBLE!! LOST MY PACKAGE PLEASE AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COST!! THIS WAS A VERY VALUABLE PACKAGE, MAKES CUSTOMERS LEAVE PACKAGES ON COUNTER WITHOUT SCANNING IT PURE LAZINESS.

        i sent a regular christmas card to my grandson with money enclosed. Was very disappointed because he never received it. I cant give this p.o a good rating as of now.
