Konnie's Klear Pools

I purchased my doughboy pool last year and asked for a routine pool maintenance, which was provided. My wife and I live very busy lives and don't have time to invest in cleaning the pool. I was told 2 weeks ago that the staff was being stretched thin and they would eventually have to stop servicing my pool, even though we had already verbally agreed to an annual service contract. 2 weeks later our pool looks awful and when I asked Mark why the pool wasn't serviced he explained "that per our last conversation we will no longer be servicing your pool". Which was a complete lie. That is unacceptable and terrible customer service.

I've been to Konnies many times but my most recent visit I found that Konnie was no longer there and I didnt know the guy that was there. I had just opened my pool and was having trouble getting it clear.. After testing my water the guy was telling me about products when we came across one that had no price.. I had already been told to just put in 2 bags of shock and it should clear , but this new product was something I had not seen. After calling someone and asking about the price the guy hung up and handed me the bottle and said... "here , let us know how it works" I had never met this guy nor did I spend a dime in the store.. Cant beat that kind of service. My pool is absolutely clear.. might of been the product , might of been the shock.. BUT the experience of that visit ... That will bring me back!
