Best Bank 833

This is the most poorly run banking branch in the country. I had to complete paperwork several times to be added to an account only to be told I was not still listed on the account. The assistant manager (and I use the term loosely) told me I was still not listed so I could not receive an account balance. Did she call after I told her several times that I should be on the account? No that would indicate that she was doing her job. I asked where was the paperwork I had completed several times (one has to be careful in the days of identity theft and all) she told me it was safe somewhere. I ask you would you feel safe with sketchy information coming from the branch "assistant manager"? Use this branch at you own risk. I wanted to give this branch no stars but I guess they did process the deposit.
