Truly awful business practices. It may not feel like it up front, but once they have your money, normal customer service is over. And this was not just my experience. I wish I had read the reviews online before I committed my money and vacation time to them. The horrible treatment I received was completely consistent with the reviews I've since read - they will find ways to take you money and will not work with you to resolve reasonable issues. Even if they are the last vendor available, keep looking elsewhere, because in hindsight, you'll wish you had.

My wife and I are from out of the country. We flew in and decided to rent a motorhome for us and our children. Amber in the rental department was very fun, professional and easy to work with. She even helped us plan our vacation and printed out maps and sight-seeing places and directions for us. Renting the rv was easy and we got exactly what we wanted. Cathy did our check out and was informative and taught us how to use the unit. I was very pleased and will definetly rent again when we come to visit washington again!
