        Overall

        Where do I start? First customer service was very slow and the didn't know how to handle any situations. I was told I could check in early but when I arived was told I couldn't. I booked 2 rooms and weren't beside each other. Finally they allowed me to check into the one room at 3:45pm. My second room I couldn't check into till 4:20pm when check in is at 4pm. They finally put the rooms together. We went to take a shower and we couldn't!! The drain was clogged with a cup of hair that I pulled out! They came up eventually to fix it! Asked for my room to be cleaned next day... I only asked for towels, and beds to be made and trash to be taking out. This was at 9:30am. I returned to my room at 3:30pm and it wasn't done! They where in the room beside me when I left! Spoke to Joe the " manager" said he'd make it right l! Went to check out and he didn't make ANYTHING better! Just worse! He was rude and his staff where incompetent! It was a terrible weekend! Have been fighting for a week and I received less then their guaranteed promise. I haven't heard from the general manager... and I don't expect to either! I could go on... Don't waste your time or money!!
