  My friend bought a car from here.

  My friend bought a car from here. Worst mistake of his life. When he inquired about the car, the dealership said the car was checked out by their mechanic and was in decent condition. My friend went to bring his car to another shop the next day and found out it needed over 2,000 dollars worth of parts and the mechanic deemed it "unsafe" to drive. Dumfounded, he called the dealership to find... read more out why they didn't know about all the work it needed and if the parts that needed to be replaced were covered under the warranty and they said they couldn't find his paperwork and to call back the next day. The issue has not been resolved since and his car is not drive-able, and this whole thing experience has been a real head ache. I would recommend looking up this dealership online at the Better Business Bureau website and see how many complaints have been filed against them concerning Problems with Product / Service. All together they had 19 complaints. Don't waste your time here. There's plenty of good used car dealerships throughout Washington and this place is definitely not one of them.

  lets just start out saying if you read through their good reviews you will see they are clumped together and all the same, first name, ad start with I. I am 99 percent positive their internet guy writes their good reviews for them. That aside I would like to share my Carson cars experience. Hold on tight this is going to be a bumpy ride! Now due to something I had to sign... read more to purchase my truck I and not allowed to write any "negative reviews online" so instead I am simply telling my story and you can take it as you like. In April of 2010 my husband and I purchased a 2000 Durango we played 3* the bluebook and 30% interest but that is in home financing for you, at the time they wanted to put my vehicle as collateral and I explained I couldn't It want registered to me due to issues after I bought it from a third party I was trying to get fixed. 3 weeks later the Durango would no longer drive. We called and were told to have it towed to the their personal shop so we did. He called to say what as wrong. I was assured they would take care of it. Later I found out there was several hundred dollars hidden on the back of my loan for the repairs. Shortly after I found out that paperwork had been forged by the dealership giving them lien abilities on my other vehicle. I found this out when I went to renew my tabs and couldn't because the previous owner sold me a car that was apparently up for repossession and when I tried to fix that with the original owner we couldn't because Carson forged those papers. When I contacted mike Carson and forwarded him a copy of the forged papers he was quick to hide it. He told me to bring that car in and he would take care of it and get me in something new and he would deal with original owner and repossessing bank from them ( I paid cash for it). I told him my concern with the fact that his vehicles break down. So he had me purchase an extended warranty for 2k and assured me over and over again that EVERYTHING is covered on it. 6 months later I have had it to the shop 4 times for same issues. Every time we agree in writing I will not have to pay for anything. Any every time the warranty covers NOTHING and guess where the balance goes.... yup you got it on the back o my loan at 30% interest that they profit a huge profit on the interest alone! This last time I get the truck go half a mile down the road from their repair shop and yup it breaks down again!! I emailed mike Carson saying I want to return the car and cancel the loan but he seems to have disappeared and get no response. Good thing we own 2 businesses and have a great lawyer!!

  I bought my Jeep at... read more change at their service department. I like that these guys service the cars they sell! A lot of other dealers don't do this. If you need a car, GO SEE CARSON CARS!

  GREAT DEALERSHIP

  After being treated horribly by other dealers because I have bad credit, I was treated very respectful and felt relieved by the way I was treated. My truck caught on fire and I needed a truck to stay in business. The whole dealership helped me by finding what I needed and for a great price. THANKS Cale and Mike! YOU gave me a change to get back work. I will refer many to you. You are tops to us, thank you so so much for giving me back my business!

  100% Satisfaction

  I’ve bought several cars form Mike Carson in the 9 years that I have known him, and I am completely satisfied with Carson Cars friendly & courteous business dealings. They got me financed even after I had some credit troubles. I am very happy with my experience and recommend Carson Cars to anyone that I know that needs a car. Thanks Mike!

  Our company does tech support for a very large number of local dealers. We know the local industry very well, and personally know most of the owners, and we are lucky to have so many quality local lots. That said we have seen... read more the best experience possible.   Not What You Would Expect!

  These guys are great, not the typical Used Car Salesman. They actually take their time with you and give you your space and time as well. All of their cars are in fantastic condition the prices are right on and they have their own financing plus the cars are all thoroughly inspected. I will buy all of my cars from this dealership even though they didn't have the color of the car I was interested they got it for me without charging me more and in a timely manner.
