Worst experience I ever had! I called to have a cab pick me up and had the guy yell at me as if I was stupid all because I could not hear him. Obviously, I called another company and gave my business to them instead, but I wanted to make clear exactly why my business was lost. So I called and told him that not only did he lose my business, but the business of all my friends as well, and why. You do not yell at your customers. His response was to text my phone with "and u have nice day ur self and u will never get a cab". And when I informed him that if he continued down this path I would ensure people knew exactly what he said to me and how horrible his service was, I got this response, "go ahead and we will sue u we have ur number and everything so go ahead ur the one that rude." So, apparently, this company's standard is saying that not only is it ok to yell at your potential customers, it is ok to text them with that nonsense and threaten them with legal repercussions for letting others know how bad the service was.
